Request a Free Order Pack
If you would like to place an order please fill in this form and we will be pleased to send you a free Order Pack. The pack will contain everything you need to place your order with Evermore Glass, including an Order Form, some bags and a scoop for the ashes (there are several spare bags so you don't need to fill them all), and a prepaid return envlope. All you have to do is return your completed order pack and we will then confirm your order.
